Freebiewatch

Like freebies?  I found a pretty cool site with totally free samples.  Freebiewatch has many features.  It lists free items about every week that can be acquired on the Internet.  It also has a freebie tracker to keep track of what you have requested and when it was requested so you know when to be expecting the free stuff.  Something different from other freebie sites is that this one lets you acquire points from voting on freebies.  After so many points you can redeem them for free prizes.

I was very excited when I found this site. Shop 4 Freebies is really nice. They have a daily list of new freebies that have no obligations. You don't have to complete any offers to get your freebie. They also have forums to talk to other about your great finds. They also have coupons, saving tips, and a link to find the cheapest gas prices in near you. I love visiting this site. I never know what I will find that is completely free!

ER

I don't know about you but I like to watch ER on television.  I always seem to miss it when it airs.  Now I can watch it whenever I want.

Spark People

OK, this is a pretty awesome site. Sparkpeople is a site that helps people lead a healthy life. It is completely free. They offer plans for if you want to diet or just live healthier. They provide meal plans, fitness plans, support groups, challenges, articles to read.... I could go on. Right now I am just starting a month of sparkpeople boot camp. I'm really excited!
